A GREAT GOLFING CHALLENGE, GOLF VISITS & LESSONS
Founded in 1882, Minehead and West Somerset Golf Club is the second oldest golf club in Somerset but presidies on the oldest course in the county. Indeed we are the second oldest course in the South West after Royal North Devon. Whilst preserving the best traditions of the sport, we have a progressive outlook and take pride in both maintaining and developing our magnificent course. There is always a warm and friendly welcome to individual golfers, societies, corporate groups and visitors.
Societies and organisations will find our attention to detail, flexibility and top-value golf packages of particular interest. There is a fully-stocked Pro-Shop, with something for everyone- and you can develop your game with a course of golf lessons from our PGA qualified professionals
The course provides a great challenge for golfers of all ages and levels of experience. We also offer a friendly, comfortable clubhouse where you can enjoy great hospitality. You can relax with a drink in the bar and select from a range of tasty snacks. There is also an extensive menu available in the dining room.
