These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times at Minehead & West Somerset Golf Club.

By booking a start time you agree to the Terms and Conditions below:

Payments

To book a tee time through our web site you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our on-line payment process. Your card will be charged with the full amount for the booking.


Individual Booking Conditions

Bookings may be made up to 10 days in advance online, bookings may be made further in advance by contacting the Club directly on 01643 702057. Payment for all bookings must be made in full at the time of booking.

Bookings for single players

If you book a tee time as a single player, we reserve the right to pair you up with other players at busy times.


Cancellations or changes

All cancellations must be done directly with the Club either by phone on 01643 702057 or by email to manager@mineheadgolf.co.uk

• If you are unable to make your booking this may be cancelled 5 days before the booking and receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made between 5 days and 48 hours of the booking will receive a refund minus an administration fee of 25% of the fee charged.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the booking are non-refundable.

Booking Transferable

The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend.

Our historical links Golf Course remains playable in most conditions due to its free draining nature. In the unlikely event that, conditions are such that, the course is closed or less than 17 holes are available for play individual bookings may cancel and receive a refund in full or transfer to an alternate day booking.


T&C's Booking Groups & Societies

Bookings may be made up to 12 months in advance directly with the Club.

Group and Society rates will be available to groups of more than 12 paying guests (when confirming final number). This excludes Members / PGA Professionals or others receiving courtesy of the course.

All bookings must be secured with a non-refundable deposit to secure the tee times which is payable within 7 days of the booking. If no deposit is paid within this time the tee times will be released.


Cancellations or changes

• All cancellations / changes must be done directly with the Club either by phone on 01643 702057 or by email to manager@mineheadgolf.co.uk
• If you are unable to make your booking this may be cancelled 7 days before the booking.
• Deposits may be transferred to another booking within the same calendar year if changed within 7 days of the booking.
• We will contact you 7 days before your booking to confirm final numbers and all details to ensure your day is a success.
• The balance of the booking will be payable in full at this time.
• Cancellations / changes made between 7 days and 48 hours of the booking will receive a refund minus an administration fee of 25% of the total fee charged.
• Cancellations / changes within 48 hours of the booking are non refundable.

If up to 3 holes are closed the group may play the first 3 holes again if they so wish to complete their experience at our Club.
