BICKERTON BOWL - SCRATCH OPEN RND 1 Rules

36 Hole Scratch Open Entries will be ballotted based on exact handicap index at the time of the draw This is a counting event for the Somerset Sumara Salver Order of Merit.
<ol>
<li>Please register and collect your scorecard in the foyer.</li>
<li>2.    We have a car park monitoring system in place. Please make sure to register your car on the terminals in the Clubhouse or Pro Shop on the day if you are not a pre-registered Member.</li>
<li>We will be running a 2’s competition on the day, £10 per player to cover both rounds. Payable in cash if you have not pre-paid on entry.</li>
<li>Food will be available both before and after your round.</li>
<li>After completion of your round please enter your score into the PSI terminal in the Clubhouse and return your scorecard into the competition box next to it. The recording area in accordance with Rule 3.3b is defined as entering the card into the Competition Box.</li>
<li>There will be a formal presentation held as soon as practicable after all the competitors are in. Prizes will be in Pro Shop Vouchers. </li>
</ol>
 
The Pro Shop will remain open after the prizegiving to accommodate spending your vouchers. Please note that prizes not collected on the day will be stored on account in the Pro’s Shop and can be redeemed in person or online. The Pro Shop will be in touch with any prize winners unable to collect prizes directly.

Please note – under the terms and conditions of our Open Events, any withdrawal within 48 hours of your tee time will be subject to the entry fee payable in full.
 
Players are asked to be familiar with the Club’s Local Rules in particular those regarding the relief from a wrong green, embedded stones and the option to play a provisional ball at the 4th and 9th holes.
